Quotation ≠ Confirmed Order

1. Browse the catalogue

Review products, current prices, availability, details, and demonstration videos.

2. Add products

Add the products you are interested in and select the required quantities.

3. Review your enquiry

Check product lines, quantities, SOLD OUT notices, and available-item totals before continuing.

4. Generate a provisional quotation request

The website creates one saved quotation, reference, retrieval code, and PDF for your selected cart. This does not place or confirm an order.

5. Share the PDF or reference

Share the quotation PDF through your device share menu, send the reference on WhatsApp, download the PDF, or call the store.

6. Staff review

V.S.T. Duraipandi Traders staff reviews availability, final price, applicable requirements, serviceability and fulfilment through direct contact.

7. Payment and fulfilment instructions

Any payment or fulfilment instructions are provided only after direct staff review. The website does not accept payment.

8. Direct confirmation

Only direct confirmation by staff completes the next stage of the enquiry. Generating the website quotation does not do so.

9. Fulfilment arrangement

Collection, delivery or other fulfilment is arranged only after review and is subject to applicable law, licence conditions, location, serviceability and product eligibility.
